This brood mare is reining bred. We have consistently bred Breeze, even though she never really showed herself. No matter the stud, she produces beautiful and correct offspring. From bays to palominos, they generally take their sire's colouring. Breeze is easy to catch, carries to term and foals without fuss.
Breeze was started as a reiner and comes from reining lines. She has a lovely trot and lope and is a pleasure to ride. She is not always patient with the skills of amateur riders but if you have soft hands, she'll be eating out of them in no time!
We've ridden her in the arena, at the show and out to gather cattle. She is a solid worker, rarely injured. And she throws correct, beautiful foals, everytime.

Reye is newer to our ranch. She can be cautious and worried in a new situation and it took her a little while to feel at home. Her first pasture mate was a young weanling - absolutely no threat - and they buddied up and became great friends. After that, she's been in pasture with a variety of our horses and has rarely had a problem. We do take care that she is eating well and not being bullied by the others.
This brood mare has cutting in her blood and cutting training and performance in her history. She came to us with some soreness in the fetlocks and a baby on board so we are just starting to see what she can do ourselves. It's clear that she has had some training and we look forward to bringing her riding skills back to top form.

Riley is an eye-catching, sorrel mare with gorgeous red mane. Her dam is by NMSU Truckin Chex, a multi-time champion in NRCHA Reined Cow Horse under Kevin Stallings. Her sire is the gorgeous and talented Reys From Heaven, although she did not inherit the roan colouring.
Riley is a smart, spunky filly that is just learning the ropes at the barn. She may be missing her life of freedom and wandering but she is adapting well to the rigours of show horse life.
We will continue to bring her along slowly, as she is ready for more challenge. Her first rides have gone smoothly after her winter break.

You may have seen Hickory showing over the past year. Since his futurity debute, he's been steadily gaining confidence and strength. He is now solid in all his reining moves and absolutely loves to work cows!
Hickory is a soft-hearted gelding that loves to be pampered. He has hauled easily to shows and works hard. He stays calm and waits his turn, leaving the quick moves for his cow work.
Hickory is a smaller build and a talented athlete. He may graduate to a fantastic Non-Pro prospect in time but for now, we are enjoying his friendly hello in the barn.
